2018 Jakes Event Superfund Guidelines

Jakes Event Superfund request for 2018 will be based on the tiered schedule established in 2013. Placement on the tier is determined from the 2017 Jakes reporting form for memberships submitted and received by 7/31/2017; as well as funds available in the superfund account. If superfund dollars were distributed in 2017 and no report was submitted; chapter will be eligible for NO outreach superfund dollars in 2018. If a chapter hosted an event in 2017 and submitted a report with no memberships they will be eligible for the lower tier amount of $250 in 2018. If a chapter is hosting a new event in 2018 (did not host an event in 2017) they will be eligible for the lower tier amount of $250. If two or more chapters combine to do an event only one chapter can request super fund money for that event. 2018 Event reports must be received in Edgefield within 30 days of the event. If your report is received within the 30 day period, and your event memberships qualify for a higher tier, additional funding to that tier level can be requested. The 2019 Tiered Funding Schedule will be determined based on your 2018 reports. Extenuating circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the Board and NWTF staff.
